Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello, born April 18, 1967, is an American actress and producer as well as writer. Permanent Midnight (1998) and Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly (2006), The Cooler (2004), A History of Violence (2006), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008). Grown Ups (2010), Prisoners (2013). Lights Out (2016). Bello was a major player on television as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama ER (1997-1998) and with other prominent roles, such as Michelle McBride in the first season (2016) of Goliath, and Jacqueline Sloane as a Special Agent on NCIS from 2017 to 2021. Bello was raised in Norristown to Kathy Bello and Joe Bello. In political science Bello studied in political science at Villanova University. Bello continued her training in acting in several New York theater productions after she graduated. Bello, along with Dan McDermott is the proud mother of Jackson. Bello was 18 when she wrote about her relationship with Clare Munn in November 2013. She released a book titled Whatever...Love Is love: Questioning the Labels we Give Ourselves (Dey Street Books, April 28, 2015).
