Lily Rabe
Lily Rabe is an American actress from the United States. Her many roles on FX's horror anthology series American Horror Story (2011-2021), are what make her a household name. In her role as Portia, in Broadway's production of The Merchant of Venice she was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actress. Her film credits include What Just Happened (2008). Pawn sacrifice (2014). Miss Stevens (2016). Golden Exits(2017). Vice (2018). Fractured, 2019. Rabe was also a part of the television series The Whispers (2015). The Undoing (2021), The Underground Railroad (2021), The First Lady (2022) Rabe was co-starred with Jill Clayburgh in Never Again, her first screen appearance. In the Gloucester Stage Company, Massachusetts, she made her professional stage debut opposite her mother. She starred in Speaking Well of the Dead (by Israel Horovitz) and The Crazy Girl (by Frank Pugliese) The roles allowed her to be granted an Equity Card. She was back with the Gloucester Stage Company in July 2003 to perform in Proof by David Auburn. She also appeared in Mona Lisa Smile that year. After graduation, she relocated back to New York. Deirdre starred in White Jesus from September 29 through October 2 in 2004, one of several one-act shows that were performed by The Democracy Project at The Naked Angels Theater Company.
